At Zumka Fashion, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Returns Only, No Exchanges: We accept returns only; we do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to replace an item with a different one, you will need to return the original item and place a new order separately.

2. One Return per Order: Each order is eligible for a return only once. If you have already initiated a return for an order, you cannot return it again.

3. Return Processing Fee: A flat fee of Rs.100 will be applicable for all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund in Store Credit: Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of store credit only. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Return Request Timeframe: To initiate a return, you must request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

6. Intact Tags with Barcode Sticker: All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact, including the barcode sticker. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

7. Impact on Discounted Orders: If an order was placed using a discount code, and you decide to return items from that order, please note that the new order (if placed) will not be eligible for the same discount. The discount code can only be applied once.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to the "Order History" section.
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Follow the provided instructions to request a return.
  5. Pack the item(s) securely and include the packing slip in the return package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided during the return request process.

Return Approval and Processing:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return policy criteria. If the return is approved, you will receive store credit for the returned item(s), minus the Rs.100 return processing fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Orders placed using Store Credit.
  2. Customized products.
  3. Fabrics measuring below 2 meters in length.
  4. Scrubs, pre-cut fabrics, or fabrics printed on demand.
  5. Products bought on sale.

Return Request Process:

  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

Store Credit

We value your shopping experience and want to ensure a hassle-free return process. Please review our store credit policy below:

Store Credit Issuance:

  • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the returned order is picked up and processed.
  • Please note that a return fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the store credit amount.
  • The store credit will be sent to you via email.

Store Credit Validity:

  • The store credit you receive will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Be sure to use your store credit within this time frame to enjoy its benefits.

Credit Amount:

  • The store credit will be equivalent to the value of the returned products only.
  • Shipping costs, including any delivery charges, will not be credited back in any case.

Refunds:

  • Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
  • Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  • Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
